-HANDSTAMPED
All tags are stamped by hand, one letter and design at a time. This may lead to slight variations from the product images and your pet’s tag. Our aluminum tags are water resistant and do fine with all water. If considering our pure brass tags, discolor may happen over time. To best preserve your brass tag PLEASE AVOID GETTING THEM WET, especially in salt water. 

-KEY RINGS
Your tag will come with one 12mm ring and one 25 mm ring in your chosen base color. For more active dogs please be observant of the state of your rings so the tags don’t get lost.

-SHIPPING
If you are buying multiple items and the shipping seems to high please message me. We may be over charging and duplicating shipping when all of the items can easily fit in one package. Current shipping rates are determined by your location through Shopify.

-NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
These are custom to you and made to order so I can not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your item please message me right away with a detailed description and photo of the issue. I will do my best to fix it for you. We are not responsible for lost packages, but every package is insured and you may file a claim with the post to get a refund. We have yet to have an actual package get lost completely.
